You are in control

You and your child have the right to decide whether or not to be in this study. You must sign a Consent Form giving permission for your child to participate. Your child must also agree to be in the study.

Even if you and your child agree to be in the study, you have the right to stop participating at any time.

Getting the most from this study

1. Ask Questions

Don't be afraid to ask the study team questions. They can discuss your child's progress with you throughout the study. Whether your questions are urgent or not, you will always have the opportunity to ask the study team.

2. Be aware of your child's EoE symptoms

By taking note of your child's condition during the study, you can help the study team evaluate your child's progress and whether he/she is improving or not.

Over the course of the study you have the opportunity to learn more about EoE and, more specifically, its effect on your child's health.
